tilted portfolio

An investment strategy that is similar to both active management and passive management. This technique doesn't just passively imitate the components of a particular index, but instead focuses on a specific factor and uses that to influence investment decisions. Influential factors could include the actions of a given sector, or the movement of interest rates.
